Elmory is a coordination and reminder tool. It is NOT a medical device. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician for any health concerns. Do not rely on Elmory for life-critical medical alerts or emergency situations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Elmory app, you agree to these terms provided by ASL Digital Solutions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the app (e.g., medication names and timings). ASL Digital Solutions is not liable for health outcomes resulting from incorrect data entry, missed reminders, or technical failures.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Version: Basic features with ad-supported content, limited to 3 circle members and 2 parent profiles.
Premium: Ad-free experience, unlimited circle members, unlimited parents, and priority reminders for ₹199/month (or $2.99 USD).
Billing: Payments are processed via the Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel at any time from your Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy, not directly by us.

4. Content and The Vault

Users may upload images of medical records to the "Vault." You retain ownership but grant us a license to host this data for your use. You may not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASL Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

7. Account Termination

You may stop using Elmory and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the service, or upload prohibited content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and, where the changes are material, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Elmory after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
