1. Introduction

Elmory ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by ASL Digital Solutions, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide while using our app and website.

2. Information We Collect

To provide a collaborative caregiving experience, we collect the following:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you sign up via Google or OTP.
• Care Recipient Profile: Name, age, city, and health schedules (medication names, dosages, and timings).
• Health Vault Data: Photos of prescriptions, lab reports, or notes that you voluntarily upload.
• Circle Information: Contact details of family members or caregivers you invite to your "Circle."
• Device and Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and in-app activity used to diagnose faults and improve the app.
• Advertising Identifiers: In the free, ad-supported version of the app only, your device's advertising ID may be processed by our advertising partners (see Section 5).

You may use the app's camera and photo storage permissions to add Vault records, and notification permissions to receive dose reminders. These permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings, though doing so will disable the related features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Generate medication reminders and missed-dose alerts.
• Sync caregiving activity across your "Circle."
• Provide customer support and improve app functionality.
• Process "Premium" subscriptions via the Google Play Store.
• Serve advertising in the free version of the app.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your health or personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• Your Circle: Users you explicitly invite can see medication logs and vault records.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., Google Firebase) and SMS providers for alerts.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law to comply with legal processes in India or other jurisdictions.

5. Advertising and Analytics

The free version of Elmory is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Our advertising and analytics partners may process your device's advertising identifier and general device information to serve and measure ads.

We never share your health records, medication data, Vault contents, or Circle information with advertisers.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, and subscribing to Elmory Premium removes advertising from the app entirely.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may delete individual records, or your entire account, at any time.

• In the app: go to Settings → Delete account. This removes both your stored records and your sign-in account.
• By email: write to support@elmory.app from your registered address.

On deletion, your profile, medication history and Vault records are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Records shared with your Circle are removed from their view at the same time. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle. We may retain a minimal record of the transaction where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@elmory.app. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Elmory is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

ASL Digital Solutions is based in India. Our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Elmory after an update means you accept the revised policy.
