Elmory ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by ASL Digital Solutions, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide while using our app and website.

The free version of Elmory is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Our advertising and analytics partners may process your device's advertising identifier and general device information to serve and measure ads.
We never share your health records, medication data, Vault contents, or Circle information with advertisers.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, and subscribing to Elmory Premium removes advertising from the app entirely.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand whether Elmory works for the people using it — for example, how many reminders are marked on time, or how far people get through setting the app up. These are counts. They never include a medicine name, a parent's or family member's name, a phone number, a note, a record, or anything you typed. Elmory does not send your advertising identifier to analytics, and does not allow analytics data to be used for advertising personalisation.
This website (elmory.app) uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people find useful. This measures the website only. It is entirely separate from the app, it is not connected to your Elmory account, and no health information of any kind passes through it.
We ask before setting any analytics cookie. Until you accept, Google receives an anonymous record that a page was viewed, with no cookie stored on your device and no identifier that could be used to recognise you again. If you accept, a cookie lets us tell a repeat visit from a new one. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which makes the choice appear again on your next visit.
If you open an invite link, we record that an invite page was opened and whether the link was well-formed. We do not send the invite code itself to analytics — it identifies a specific family's circle, and it stays in your browser.
This site sets no advertising cookies and builds no advertising audiences from your visit.
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may delete individual records, or your entire account, at any time.
On deletion, your profile, medication history and Vault records are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Records shared with your Circle are removed from their view at the same time. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle. We may retain a minimal record of the transaction where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@elmory.app. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Elmory is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
ASL Digital Solutions is based in India. Our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Elmory after an update means you accept the revised policy.
